This presentation, made at the 2002 Seminar by Peter Bissegger, contains a very interesting analysis of the performance of the various models used by Swisscontact to launch business centres in Indonesia; it also gives a frank assessment of the relative advantages and disadvantages of each model. It also presents the Swisscontact Indonesia experience with vouchers, and compares the performance of the scheme, using various measures, to other voucher schemes around the world.
